The idea was to present the brand as a customer-first brand by welcoming the customers on board as part of the event. We conducted an event where bartending skills was an attraction. Also, we invited the customer for a night-yacht trip.
We could bring back almost all our customers on board and could generate the most essential brand engagement online and offline with mouth to mouth publicity.
